Everyone that passes by me Is like a footprint in the sand It lingers for a moment, But still fades away Never to be seen again… Here am I, on the side of the road waiting for the light to turn green. Name : Ellie Age: 16 Gender: F Nothing interesting to say about myself. I started writing, because... well I think I needed to have something that was mine. It sounds stupid, but I've never been good at things like math, physics, and art (I was good at it at some point). The only thing that I'm good at, or better than most of the people in my class, is English, that and my literature teacher said that I have an unusual way of thinking. A late DA Birthday!

Soo I missed my DA birthday...again...It's been two great years, though it feels like I've just joined. I haven't submitted as much as I used to, but inspiration will one day come to me. I remember when little over 4 years ago, I came here by accident. I remember that the first gallery I browsed was KmyeChan (https://www.deviantart.com/kmyechan)'s and I really liked her drawings. Actually I've never said that to her, so now I will...I decided to draw one myself, using one of her pieces as reference and of course I failed miserably. Today I put away all my Christmas decorations, slipped on ice and cursed the weather for being so damn cold! And like any other year, I quickly threw away my christmas spirit so it could join all my other ghosts of christmas past. My holiday cheer is nowhere to be seen, as I look forward to the warmer days on which I wouldn't be worried about freezing while waiting for the bus.
